Home-cooked Peranakan dishes to order for Self Pick-Up or Delivery

Plan your week-end meals with authentic, Peranakan dishes, yummy and delicious, for the whole family. Have a whole meal of 4 dishes for a family of 4 from one place or just order your favourite dishes. All dishes do not contain MSG and no artificial colouring is used. As these are planned to be family meals, the dishes are suitable for both adults and children.

After almost 3 months of providing home-cooked, authentic Peranakan dishes which have been enjoyed by many who have ordered and provided very encouraging feedback, a pattern of popular dishes has emerged. Hence they will feature regularly, even though I've only offered 10% of the recipes available in my 3 cookbooks. I will still continue to include new dishes as requested, for example, Poh Piah and some soups. I will also make available, anytime, besides the 4 dishes listed, other dishes that are easy to provide, like Ngoh Hiang, Nonya and Salmon Fried Rice, Boxing Chicken and crispy Penang Chicken Wings, and others I will add from time to time 

Place your orders from Friday to Monday (5.00pm) for the following Friday, Saturday and Sunday collection from 81 Gardenia Road S 578856. Pay by PayNow to 96757611. Limited to 10 orders per session per day. For the next 5 weekends, some favourite dishes are being offered. These include Ayam/Spare Ribs Buahkelua, Nasi Ulam, Beef Rendang, Assam Fish Curry and Sayur Lodeh. You can order for any of the weekends. You can also place multiple orders for multiple weekends as some do to ensure you get the dishes you like. You can also order for just 1 person, or 2, and I will do the four dishes Bento style. The dishes are set to a specific number, and when it is reached, the dish will appear as “Sold Out”.

I am grateful to all of you who like my dishes and had placed orders for the first few weekends of my new service, keeping me actively connected to my Peranakan cooking.

Please note that I have listed menus till December 12, after which I will be taking a break until after the new year. So please place your orders till then before my kitchen closes.

Meanwhile, I've been having many requests for Beginners/Maids cooking classes and I will be starting them again, albeit with 5 pax maximum per class.
